the delusive appearance: illusion: ghost [spectre]; figment of the imagination

“Fantasm” is an impromptu personal project inspired by its sister, “Osseos”, a jewelry campaign shoot for Closet of Skeletons. I was photographing my dear friends Drea, Steven, Bianca, and Caleb in a liminal black cyc wall space, and at a point they wanted to be photographed nude. I turned off all the lights except one singular beam, and encouraged them to dance in a circle, while playing “Samo is Now” by WILLOW on full volume. At a point, I slowed down the shutter speed and captured this series of images that will be a favorite of mine for a very long time.
